We keep server logs for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months). Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the inquiry, plus a reasonable period for our records.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Visitors
This site is hosted in Canada. If you visit from outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada, which may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.
