These terms govern your use of truenorthguide.example (the "Site"), operated by True North Guide ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The "True North Guide" name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without permission. Embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos or Google Maps) remains the property of its respective owners.

3. Editorial Content

We make a serious effort to publish accurate, original information. We update pages regularly. We do not, however, warrant that everything on the Site is correct or up-to-date at every moment. Prices, schedules, hours of operation, weather conditions, and political situations change. Always confirm time-sensitive details (transit schedules, border crossings, visa requirements, opening hours) directly with the relevant operator before relying on them.

4. No Professional Advice

The information on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, medical, financial, immigration, or professional travel-safety advice. For decisions about visas, taxes, health, or legal matters, consult an appropriately qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North Guide and its writers, editors and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
