All Canada is a small editorial publication. Every email is read by a person, usually within a working day, and substantive inquiries are answered within five business days. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will move it to the top of the queue. We do not have a phone number for general inquiries; press contacts can request a callback after an initial email.

Corrections and fact-checks
[email protected] — subject line "Correction". Please include the page URL, the specific text you believe is incorrect, and a published source supporting the corrected fact. With those three pieces we can verify and update within two to five business days.
Story tips and editorial pitches
[email protected] — subject line "Tip" or "Pitch". We commission a small number of freelance pieces each quarter, mostly from regional writers with deep history in the place they are pitching. A single-paragraph pitch with two or three story angles is more useful than a polished proposal.
Advertising, sponsorships and partnerships
[email protected] — subject line "Advertising". For direct ad sales, sponsorship inquiries, partnership proposals from tourism boards or post-secondary institutions, or affiliate-program outreach. We respond within five business days. Read our Advertising Policy first — certain categories are not accepted regardless of price.
Privacy and data requests

If you would like to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, withdraw consent for advertising cookies, or exercise any of the rights described in our Privacy Policy. We respond to verified privacy requests within 30 days as required by PIPEDA.
Accessibility issues
[email protected] — subject line "Accessibility". We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and test with screen readers and keyboard navigation. Tell us the page URL, the device and software you are using, and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and aim to ship a fix within ten business days.
Press inquiries
[email protected] — subject line "Press". For media inquiries, including interview requests with our editors. We can usually arrange a video or phone call within one to three working days for journalists on deadline.
General feedback

Is All Canada affiliated with the Government of Canada?
No. All Canada is an independent editorial publication. We are not part of, funded by, or formally connected to the Government of Canada, any provincial government, Destination Canada, or any tourism board.
Can I reproduce or republish your guides?
Brief quotation for review, news, education or commentary is permitted with attribution. Republication of full articles or substantial passages is not permitted without written licence. Teachers in K-12 and post-secondary settings have blanket permission for non-commercial classroom material with the URL attached.
Can I list my hotel, restaurant or tour on All Canada?
Editorial inclusion cannot be purchased. Our guides include only places our writers and editors have direct experience of or independently verified are worth a reader's time.
Why does the page I am reading have an ad on it?
Display advertising pays the writers, fact-checkers and editors who produce the guides. Advertising is separated from editorial content by layout, typography and labelling, and does not influence what we write. Full details on the Advertising Policy.
How long does it take to get an article corrected?
Simple corrections supported by a clear source typically ship within two to five business days. Complex corrections can take ten to fifteen business days.
Why don't you publish reader comments?
The level of moderation needed to keep a comment section useful is more than a small team can manage well. Reader letters and feedback come to us by email, are read carefully, and routinely change what we publish.
Can I become a contributor?
We are usually open to pitches from Canadian writers with deep regional knowledge, particularly outside the largest cities. We are especially interested in writers based in northern, rural and Indigenous communities under-represented in mainstream Canadian travel writing.
